The ERASE brand was born in a family business located in Arnedo, Ciudad del Calzado, in La Rioja, Spain.
Almost three decades ago, Jesús Solana (father) started a business project with the aim of manufacturing classic shoes in top quality leather under the JENKER brand.
This first shoemaking workshop was based on artisanal and manufacturing production, producing a shoe that was timeless and untouched by fashion and time: the Castilian leather shoe.
With the arrival of the second generation, the company receives a breath of fresh air in terms of design and openness in its collections. Much more youthful and colorful collections begin to be designed, as well as footwear for a more dynamic and casual audience, already under the ERASE brand seal. The Erase Comfort Shoe Atenea 050-102 White offers unique quality and unsurpassed comfort for relaxed walking throughout the day.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
