If you’d like to return your order, please email us at info@fanatomics.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

How Returns Work

Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:

Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.

Important If the original shoe box is missing or damaged due to improper packaging, a $15 fee will apply.

Refunds

If you are requesting a refund:

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):

The first exchange is free—we’ll cover all the shipping.
Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
