Alpina Wintlife 7P17-1 Beige White Anatomic Boot with Beige Laces. The upper part of the shoe is made from soft material, offering a gentle feel. The interior features a natural wool lining for pleasant warmth on cold winter days. The insole is removable, soft, and cushioned, providing extra comfort while walking. Additionally, there is a second insole that can simply reduce the width of the shoe. This insole can be easily placed underneath the existing one, allowing you to adjust the shoe to your needs. The proper heel height helps maintain a natural and healthy posture. The sole is shock-absorbing and slip-resistant, providing optimal shock absorption and reliable grip for safe walking.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
