Ara Sapporo 3.0 12-27540-03H White Anatomic Shoe with white laces for a customizable fit, along with a zipper for quick and easy wear, making it perfect for everyday use. Yellow details on the back and tongue complete the stylish look. The shoe is made of soft leather, preventing the development of pressure points. The interior fabric lining, made from bamboo fibers, keeps feet dry by effectively absorbing moisture. The soft, removable High Soft insole is also covered with fabric for added comfort. The sole is anti-slip, ensuring maximum comfort and safety while walking.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
