PieSanto Rasta 240858-773H Light Blue-Beige-Coral Anatomic Sandal Patent Leather, featuring two crossed straps in beige and light blue shades on the front upper part, and a coral-colored instep strap with adjustable Velcro for a better fit. The back includes an integrated soft cushion for extra comfort, especially for sensitive feet. The insole is removable and soft. The package also includes two additional half insoles that can be placed at the front if needed, for improved comfort and support. The sole is anti-slip, ensuring stability and safety with every step.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
