Treintas Rania L-4261 Black Anatomic Shoe with two different patterns featuring a shine and patent finish. It has elastic laces on the upper part and a zipper on the side for quick and easy fitting. The insole is removable with memory comfort foam technology. This unique material has the ability to adapt to the different pressures applied to the feet and hug the footbed. Its shock-absorbing and non-slip sole provides a restful and safe walking experience. The shoe is very light and soft.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
