The Camper Comfort Thelma Sandal K201722-006 Pink features a soft Ortholite technology insole. Ortholite insoles adapt perfectly to the shape of the feet and provide optimal support, ensuring complete comfort and shock absorption. They remove excess heat and moisture to the outside, provide breathability and have antibacterial and antifungal properties. The sole is non-slip, very light, with EVA XL Extralight® technology foam that offers shock absorption and a light walk.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
