Ara Hawaii 2.0 12-29002-01G Black Anatomic Sandal with two upper straps with adjustable Velcro closures for a better fit. They are connected by a vertical strap adorned with three asymmetrical black circles. At the back, the sandal fastens with an additional strap that also has an adjustable Velcro closure. The sandal is made of leather both inside and outside. The insole is also leather and features High Soft technology for added comfort. The sole is anti-slip and shock-absorbing, ensuring comfort and stability with every step.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
