Pitillos Glacia 20111 White-Beige-Gold Anatomic Sandal with three crossing support straps at the front. Two of them extend toward the back and fasten with a metal loop and an adjustable buckle for a better fit on every foot. The insole is soft for added comfort. The sole is non-slip and shock-absorbing, offering stability and comfort with every step.
Pitillos uses cutting-edge insoles in its footwear. With absorbent tissues and antibacterial treatment, they keep your feet ventilated. The use of thermoregulatory material offers greater comfort and breathability, while also eliminating odors and keeping your feet dry with an absorption system superior to that of skin.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
