PieSanto Dona 250383-795H Beige-White Anatomic Sandal with two crossed, two-tone upper straps with Velcro fastening and a decorative buckle for a secure and stylish fit. It fastens with a fold-over back strap in matching two-tone design, also equipped with Velcro for an adjustable and comfortable fit on every foot. The insole is removable and lined in beige, allowing you to replace it with your own custom-made orthotics. For a better fit and a clean aesthetic finish, the sandal features a front “pocket” that securely holds the insole in place and keeps it discreetly hidden. The package also includes two additional half insoles that can be placed at the front if needed, for improved comfort and support. The white sole is anti-slip, ensuring stability and safety with every step.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
