The upper part of the shoe is exceptionally soft and covered with Alpitex membrane, which provides extra protection against snow, water, and frost while contributing to comfort in various weather conditions. The soft materials offer smoothness and make the shoe comfortable to wear, from the toes to the heel. The insole is soft and cushioned, providing greater comfort while walking. The sole is shock-absorbing and slip-resistant, offering optimal shock absorption and reliable grip for safe walking.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
