PieSanto Dancy 250326-237i Blue Anatomic Pump with a rounded toe and open heel. It features decorative cut-out patterns and small embellishing stones. The upper and heel areas are equipped with adjustable Velcro straps, allowing for easy customization and a secure fit on every foot. The insole is soft and removable, surrounded at the heel by a matching-colored lining, allowing you to replace it with your own custom-made orthotics. The heel is chunky and stable, providing added support. The sole is anti-slip, ensuring stability and safety with every step.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
