How Returns Work

Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:

• Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
• Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
• Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.


Important: If the original shoe box is missing or damaged due to improper packaging, a $15 fee will apply.

Refunds

If you are requesting a refund:

• A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):

• The first exchange is free—we’ll cover all the shipping.
• Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
