Erase Ceria 793-60 Beige-Multicolor Anatomic Sandal with tan and light blue details on the upper. The sandal is closed at the top with open toes for a stylish look. Flower-shaped perforations allow your feet to breathe more easily. Between the patterns, discreet elastic inserts are included to ensure a comfortable fit, even for swollen feet. The back features a foldable strap with a velcro closure for quick and easy wear. Both the interior and exterior are made from leather. The insole is soft, and the anti-slip, shock-absorbing sole provides comfort and stability with every step.

How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
