Want a refund? Here’s how:
Return Fee: A $15 fee applies for return delivery, deducted from your refund. Note: Initial shipping costs aren’t refunded unless it’s our mistake.
How to Return in three easy steps:
- Pack the shoes with all papers in the original box. Use a shipping box/packaging bag for shipping and not the actual shoe box.
- Drop off the box at the nearest DHL courier store or arrange a pickup at your place (pickup costs may apply).
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and refund request.
Allow 10-14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount to your card.
EXCHANGES
Got the wrong size/color? No worries, at Fanatomics exchanges are easy and free.
Follow the return steps above.
Email us at [email protected] with your exchange request. Describe the issue to help us find the right replacement.
The quicker you return the item, the faster we send the replacement. We’ll email you the tracking number for it.
Note: An exchange is a one-time deal. We can’t exchange an item twice, but you can place a new order.
DETAILS
Time Frame: You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items.
Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original boxes.
Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty item, contact us at [email protected] for a quick resolution.
