Anatomic Low Boot with a zipper for quick and easy on-and-off. Two decorative straps at the ankle connect to a metal triangle, with a third strap starting from the sole. All three straps are adorned with metallic details. The boot is made from high-quality leather. Each shoe features two removable insoles, which can be used together or separately to customize the fit. You can also use your own custom orthotics in combination with one of the included insoles, or wear the shoes without them. The shock-absorbing and non-slip black sole provides a restful and safe walking. How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, a DHL courier will come to your address to collect the package. Please ensure the following before handing it over:
- Include the return documents we provided inside the shoe box.
- Place the shoes along with the receipt in their original shoe box.
- Pack the shoe box in a shipping box or mailing bag to protect it during transit.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund:
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The first exchange is free—we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
